This PR introduces a new Vercel-themed waiting page for the local proxy that displays when upstream microfrontend applications are still starting up. The page automatically reloads when applications become ready using Server-Sent Events (SSE) with a polling fallback.
The waiting page can be tested by starting the local proxy with slow-starting applications. Set
MFE_STARTUP_DELAYenvironment variable for artificial delay testing.
