Bugfix/10.5.18/route does not update when changing the index pattern

This pull request includes several improvements and bug fixes for the filtering functionality in UTMStack version 10.5.19.

• Fixed issues with log fields not matching the data when applying filters.
• Ensured that time filter updates reflect correctly in the filter string.
• Updated the browser URL when index patterns change.
• Improved container memory resource distribution.
• Restricted time filter range to a maximum of one month.

• Repositioned the “Add Filter” button and enhanced UI with improved icons.
• Optimized table layout by removing unnecessary header space.
• Added new filter operators: "contains one of" and "does not contain one of".
• Enhanced compliance report views with new features, such as status tracking and evidence attachments.

These changes aim to enhance the user experience by improving the filter UI, fixing inconsistencies in filtering behavior, and adding new functionality to meet user requirements.
