This pull request makes a handful of tweaks to the Combobox Scrollbar introduced in #13211.

Improvements

  • Fixes an issue where the scrollbar would only show after you start scrolling.
  • Added a hover state to better mirror browser scrollbars.
  • You can now hold & drag the sidebar to scroll, like a browser scrollbar.
  • Fixes an issue where the scrollbar overlapped with options.
