This pull request introduces several improvements to the internal link checking workflow and documentation. The most significant change is migrating the internal link checker to use the Lychee GitHub Action with a dedicated configuration file.
Internal link checking workflow improvements:
.github/workflows/test.ymlto use thelycheeverse/lychee-actionfor more robust link checking, including specifying build steps and using a custom configuration.
