Daily workflow (6h UTC) that checks the last 7 days of merged PRs in php/doc-en and creates issues in doc-fr listing the FR files that need updating. Stateless deduplication via issue search.

Hello, Just in case, PHP already has a website that tracks differences between docs: https://doc.php.net/revcheck.php?p=filesummary&lang=fr (updated hourly, I believe) However, I’m not against a GitHub-integrated process; this could still be helpful. Also, I’m not confident enough in shell scripting to provide a relevant review. |

Good catch @Fan2Shrek ! I wasn't aware of the [skip-revcheck] convention. Just pushed a fix. The script now skips PRs whose title contains [skip-revcheck]. |
