quiknode.io is a legitimate domain owned and operated by QuickNode, Inc. — a blockchain infrastructure company providing RPC node services, APIs, and developer tooling across multiple chains. The domain is actively used by our customers and internal teams to access QuickNode products and services.

The flagging appears to be a false positive, likely due to the domain's similarity to our primary domain quicknode.com. We can confirm there is no malicious content or phishing activity associated with quiknode.io.
