Note: we will do this differently - we will make 3 different images based on each of Ubuntu v20.04 v22.04 and v24.04
And keep PHP v7.4 on each Ubuntu major version.
That will give us flexibility to publish oC10 images with up-to-date PHP 7.4 and whatever Ubuntu major release that we want.
