WIP: OLS-2106: Operator connects Openshift RAG by default to LSC backend

Description

• For the LSC deployment option, the operator mounts the OCP RAG image and uses the version of the OCP RAG database appropriate for the OCP cluster version.
• For the LSC deployment option, the operator mounts the specified BYOK images and wires the BYOK databases to the Llama Stack configuration.
