- Updated command descriptions for clarity, including main command and subcommands (auth, mcp, plugin, agents, setup-token, doctor, update, upgrade, install).
- Added new commands for managing authentication, MCP servers, plugins, and agents, improving usability and functionality.
- Included options for JSON output and additional management features for plugins and marketplaces.
