Phase 1 of auth composability improvements: - Export executeTokenRequest, applyClientAuthentication, applyBasicAuth, applyPostAuth, applyPublicAuth from client auth module - Add TokenProvider type and withBearerAuth middleware for simple bearer token auth without full OAuth flow - Accept tokenProvider option on StreamableHTTPClientTransport as a lightweight alternative to authProvider - Re-export new TokenProvider primitives from package index
