Enable text selection on issue number links in issue view

Issue number links in the issue view header were not selectable, preventing users from copying the link text directly.

Changes

• Added user-select: text to .overview-title h2 a in webviews/editorWebview/index.css

This enables text selection on the issue number link (e.g., #123) while preserving the existing "Copy Link" button functionality.
