Source Code files needed to build Sequedex Version 2. LANL Codes ID for this software is C18101. If you wish to download an executable directory ready to run Sequedex, including default set of data modules, you need to go to the latest sequedex release page. The current release (Sequedex.v2.r20260109) can be found at https://github.com/lanl/sequedex-core/releases/tag/v2.r20260109.3. This release also includes additional data modules.
