Updating language to clarify how to manage sources in the repository to be eligible for Google Fonts, and added links to the build.md file to help direct people to understand how to build their fonts.

Per discussion with @davelab6, adding some clarifying language around source management to ensure that the original sources are included in the repository, even in circumstances where the original source is not supported by a one-step build action (such as
.fcp). Also updated formatting and added more context to other sources.Addresses #154 - adds clarity around source management
