Add a new top-level documentation page for the Environments & Secrets feature, covering variable types, naming conventions, all supported contexts (webhooks, automations, templates, ERP integrations, portals), Blueprint interaction, API reference with correct /v1/environments paths, SDK usage, security model, and common patterns.
