The Docs column is empty for this new Azure.ResourceManager.ArtifactSigning entry, but nearly all other Resource Management - ... packages in this table include a docs link. Add the appropriate /dotnet/api/overview/azure/ResourceManager.ArtifactSigning-readme link (and preview query string if needed), or document why docs aren’t available for this package.

The display name uses Resources.Deploymentstacks, but the package ID (and GitHub path) use DeploymentStacks. Update the display name to Resources.DeploymentStacks to keep casing consistent and make the entry easier to scan/search.
