Hi Leandro, and thank you for your contribution. Unfortunately there is already a pull request for the seaborn icon. You should always check if there is already a PR before working on things (in general, not only this project). Also the icon does not look like the original one (?)

If you want to contribute another icon, you should also check the Project wiki. There you will find many tips and hints on how the icons should be prepared. Also there is a specific PR template with a checklist, which also helps as a reminder for the most basic checks. Feel free to check the good first issue label for easier icons.
