feat(wizard): add wizard progress after submission option

Description

This change will allow to pass last step as progress step after submission. Doc is here https://www.patternfly.org/components/wizard/#progress-after-submission (demo currently doesn't work for PF6 but PF5 demo works)
We should tread last step as progress after submission if such view is provided

Also added a demo where change can be tested
