fix(clerk-js): Implement fixes from core-3 merge of Solana feature

Description

In #7450, the Solana sign in strategy feature was merged into Core 3, along with a few fixes/cleanup that is now ported over to this branch to ensure the same cleanup is implemented in Core 2.
