This patch tries to support the latest libdwarf APIs and enables reading DWARF5 line number information by supporting the .debug_rnglists section in DWARF5.
I have tested the changes which work correctly with the latest version of libdwarf. It also successfully retrieves and displays the correct stack traces in several internal test cases.
