Current Behavior
Currently, the t-timers functionality can be only controlled from the blueprints and from within sofie-core components internally.
New Behavior
This PR makes it possible to control t-timers using a new RESTful HTTP API. It exposes the write methods, as reads will be handled by connecting to LSG,
