org.apache.hadoop.ozone.om.lockare not for clients, so should be moved toozone-interface-storage(whereOMMetadataManageruses some of them).org.apache.hadoop.ozone.om.S3Secret*are used only inozone-manager, move to that module.https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-14708
