Update message storage duration limits for pricing tiers

Description

Updates the message storage duration table in the storage documentation to reflect the current pricing tier structure.

Changes:

• Replaced the "PAYG" tier with "Standard" (72 hours min, 30 days max)
• Added Pro" (72 hours min, 365 days max)
• "Free" tier remains 24 hours for both minimum and maximum

These changes align the documentation with the current pricing page at https://ably.com/pricing.
