Upgrade Next.js to version 15.5.2 and fix a related build issue with
SITE_URL.The build failed due to
process.env.NEXT_PUBLIC_URLbeing undefined or an empty string, resulting in an invalidSITE_URL. The fix ensures a valid fallback is always used.
