Adds documentation for the new repository topic filtering feature for GitHub triggers. Organizations with many repositories can now use GitHub topics to control which repos trigger Promptless, instead of manually selecting repositories. This simplifies management—teams can add repositories by tagging them in GitHub without updating Promptless configuration. The new "Filtering Repositories by Topics" section in the GitHub integration guide explains how to set up and use this feature.
