Description
Hotfix for stitching records.
Context
A defect has been found with the PdfStitchingLambda where patients that have total records from 10 till 19 will avoid stitching. This change is required to stitch all historic records.
Additionally, we require an additional option to stitch all records that begin with 2of no matter which OdsCode they belong to,
