Update to Symfony 7.4

This PR fixes some deprecation warnings which I noticed when running the tests locally.

Furthermore, it starts using the plain array symfony config syntax because config builders were deprecated in symfony 7.4 (https://symfony.com/blog/new-in-symfony-7-4-better-php-configuration).

@TavoNiievez Do you want to create a new 7.4 branch or rename the existing 7.3 branch? In both cases the branch name needs to be adjusted in .github/workflows/symfony.yml and in the CI config of https://github.com/Codeception/module-symfony accordingly.

Btw I already played with symfony 8 locally and could submit another PR as soon as this one got accepted.

@TavoNiievez Please let me know if you want to create the 8.0 branch beforehand.
