What does the pull request do?
This PR updates most of our dependencies to their latest versions.
Exceptions:
Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.*packages in analyzer/generator projects haven't been upgraded to keep compatibility with older VS versions.Some projects have specific dependencies of dependencies referenced explicitly to avoid deprecated/vulnerable versions:
Quamotion.RemoteViewinginAvalonia.Headless.VncAppium.WebDriverinAvalonia.IntegrationTests.Appium
