Next.js v16.0.1: Failed to load chunk error in development

I get an error after upgrading NextJS to V16.0.1
but the issue does not occur in production

I have a similar issue:

Interestingly, the error only appears when I turn on the turbopackFileSystemCacheForDev experimental option in my nextconfig, and disappears when I turn it off.
