Describe the bug

The system currently provides an option to enable or disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in the user settings. However, 2FA is intended to be mandatory.

Regression Issue

• Select this option if this issue appears to be a regression.

Expected Behavior

The UI should not provide an option to disable 2FA

Current Behavior

Remove the enable/disable toggle for 2FA from the UI

Reproduction Steps

Log in -> Settings -> Application Settings -> Two Factor Authentication
