Add versioning to update to gitsync v1alpha2

Description

The gitsync struct in operator-rs has been extended to a version v1alpha2 where a field for the ssh key has been added. Gitsync is also used by airflow and the PR here adds versioning and an integration test to chek that the conversion works as expected. The same should be done for NiFi.

Acceptance criteria

• Bump operator-rs to include the gitsync changes
• Refactor NiFi code to add versioning
• Add an integration test that verifies this (this will involve including git credentials inth e test as that is where the versioning takes affect)
