Collapsable icon record list in store explorer #93

Chrome: Version 84.0.4147.125 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Minor UI improvement:
make <span class="PlusMinusCollapse___2WtMZ">-</span> collapse and open when pressing the icon in the record list in store explorer.
The functionality works for the record list div, but it doesn't when you're pressing on the icon, which I assume most people would have a mental model of giving the collapsable behaviour too.
