Consider switching from pipx to uv and its tools for installing packages and creating a virtual environment.

i got stuck on zope installation with uv
and was not able to figure out for 3-4 hours

@boss6825 this issue is also not well defined yet, and we only say consider a switch, not actually do it.

Additionally, first-timers should read and follow the entire First-time contributors guide, especially Items 2 and 3 in Work with GitHub issues before doing any work. We want to save you time and frustration.
