Icons Not Displaying in Bot Framework Composer v2.1.2 After Installation

I recently installed Bot Framework Composer v2.1.2, attempting both single-user and all-user modes. Although the installation completes successfully, when I open the application, none of the icons appear on the user interface. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
