Enhance layout of AuthedDashboard and SectionWrapper for better responsiveness

- Updated LaunchKanvasSection to include flexDirection: "column" for improved layout.
- Wrapped LaunchKanvasSection and ImportDesignSection in a new SectionWrapper with flex properties.
- Modified SectionWrapper to adjust flexDirection based on screen size for better responsiveness.
