Scroll position in Windows Terminal sometimes goes crazy

Describe the bug

I'm running into cases where the GitHub Copilot CLI auto scrolling just starts to go crazy in the Windows Terminal:

I'm not sure how to reproduce this reliably. I have a long session that I've been working with, and sometimes this just starts happening after running a prompt.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Unknown. Create a long session and just keep prompting?

Expected behavior

Scroll position should follow the latest CLI output

Same, been having this issue ever since I started using copilot-cli, in macOS with iTerm2
This issue has been reported numerous times #373 #1584 #239

Try using copilot with --alt-screen
It seems to use a different renderer they're planning to switch to that seems to not have this issue
