Hi @Karthims7 . Thanks for your report. In order to triage it correctly, we will need some more information:
What repo are you running codeql on? Is this reproducible always, or only on specific branches, pull requests or other circumstances? What is the codeql configuration on that repo, are you using default setup or customised Advanced Setup? Can we get a link to the failing job, or if it is not publicly accessible, the full log of the job?
Any the info that you can provide will help us dealing with the issue.
