TD is sent instead of TM if endpoints are tested

Not sure exactly when this happens but it seems to be after doing an endpoint test in the second phase of the TMC contribution. It seems that a TD is sent instead of a TM to the TMC and TMC complains about having no @type.

When converting a TM to TD, one of the steps is deleting the key "@type" and key "tm:required". Happens on file operations.ts. @egekorkan

Side note: The problem is that a TD and TM should be kept in parallel when endpoints are tested. The TD is generated in the background and sent to a gateway whereas the TM is sent to the TMC.
