+  GitHub 저장소 설정에서 workflow 권한을 변경:
+
+  1. GitHub 저장소로 이동
+  2. Settings → Actions → General
+  3. 페이지 맨 아래 Workflow permissions 섹션에서
+  4. "Read and write permissions" 선택
+  5. Save 클릭
