Redundant applications of `useShaPathOnWindows`?

`Stack.Types.EnvConfig.platformSnapAndCompilerRel` yields:
~~~haskell
useShaPathOnWindows (platform </> name </> ghc)
~~~

Despite that `installationRootLocal` has:
~~~haskell
psc <- useShaPathOnWindows =<< platformSnapAndCompilerRel
~~~

and `hoogleRoot` has:
~~~haskell
psc <- useShaPathOnWindows =<< platformSnapAndCompilerRel
~~~

They look redundant to me.
