What do I do with these files?

I love the idea of a cloudkick CLI client, it'll be much more user friendly on a low bandwidth connection than the web interface.

I'm not very familiar with python. I see 5 files, but no readme. What do I actually do with the files to get cloudkick-cli running?

Would you consider adding a README file? It'd make the code a lot more usable to folks like myself. :-)
