Fix stale external image URLs (BioPortal, Bridge2AI, Travis CI, ENVO)

Problem

Several project/software pages reference external images that are now returning 404 or 403 errors:

Suggested fixes

• BioPortal: Find the current logo URL from ontoportal.org or host locally
• Bridge2AI: The camo.githubusercontent.com proxy is returning 403; find the direct logo URL from bridge2ai.org or host locally
• Travis CI / ODK: Travis CI is defunct; remove the badge or replace with a GitHub Actions badge
• ENVO: The OBO Foundry moved to obofoundry.org; try https://obofoundry.org/logos/envo.png or find the current URL

I noticed that one last night but thought it was related to the bioportal outage. Guess not.

BTW, I specifically asked Claude code yesterday to look for and fix any missing images. It found and fixed a few but it missed these (well, except for the bioportal one, but I thought that was temporary).
