Make the enum window look into the type libraries as well

Extra steps are needed to add the enum info, from the type window, available via the enum window. (currently have to right click on type and select import type)

Before the type has been "imported".

Multiple customers have reported this in the past few days, bumping the impact and assigning to this release, should be easy enough to fix.
