Replace/remove vm

I'm working on a vm instrumentation yaml file I can distribute to my team.  `corectl load` is not re-usable to try various setups without changing the name of the vm.  What do I have to do to delete a vm?  I see the deregister function in your code but can't find anything that calls it.
