The steps to reproduce this issue:
This is a long time minor issue I've never bothered reporting. When scrolling through any result set larger than can fit on one screen, when you scroll vertically, the horizontal scroll moves an 1/8" or so such that the last field in your display is cutoff. You can adjust horizontal scroll again to see the entire field, but then when you vertically scroll again, it shifts off-screen again.
