The version of this repo is not synced with latest release

Steps to reproduce

Dear Developer:

Today, I am using the brew info powershell/tap/powershell, the output told me the latest version is
==> powershell/tap/powershell ✘: stable 7.5.2 Formula to install PowerShell https://github.com/powershell/powershell Not installed From: https://github.com/powershell/homebrew-tap/blob/HEAD/Formula/powershell.rb

However, the Microsoft PowerShell release page told me the latest version is 7.5.4, and the latest version is released at 2025-10-21.

Please check the reason of this delay. Thank you.

Expected behavior
