Hovering mastery and pressing escape "locks" the tooltip

• I'm running the latest version of Path of Building and I've verified this by checking the changelog

What platform are you running Path of Building on?

Windows

How is Path of Building expected to behave?

It should keep showing the normal mastery tooltip where all the options are displayed

How does Path of Building behave?

It "selects" the hovered option without it being selected

How to reproduce the issue

1. Click any mastery
2. Hover your mouse over one of the options
3. Press Esc on your keyboard (sometimes I had to do it 2 times)
4. The tooltip is now changed to the one you were hovering
