Level flags

Would be useful to have flags for the different levels to run the calculation at just that level (rather than the whole calculation every time), similarly to how v 0.3 does, as well as a flag for doing the calculation for all terms.

We will look at this in a bit more detail shortly and once our new software dev is onboarded, just dropping a couple of points for consideration here to remind us:

1. Consider whether to replace CLI flags with something yaml based which will be more suited to the complexities of the application.
2. Consider whether or not making levels optional has ramifications for how the entropy is combined at the different levels (ie are there any hard-coded assumptions to prevent double counting that would be bugs if we started turning things off).
