Scanned or imported QR code doesn't respect algorithm (and probably period) #1508

Describe the issue

Scanning or importing a QR code image with a URI like
otpauth://totp/USERNAME?secret=THESECRET&issuer=THEISSUER&algorithm=SHA512&digits=8&period=60
results in non-working TOTPs.
When scanning the QR code that is shown in the plugin's UI (when hovering over the entry and clicking the QR code icon) with an other external QR code scanner, the parameters alogrithm and period are missing.
Because the TOTPs are wrong, I guess that these parameters are not only missing in the generated plugin's QR code but aren't taken into account, when translating the imported/scanned QR code.
When entering all the data manually, the TOTP is correct and the parameters are shown correctly in the generated plugin's QR code.
Same issue in Edge (Version 144.0.3719.104) and probably also in Chrome.
Unfortunately, the manual setup is a workaround, but not a real good behaviour for most "normal" users, so I would appreciate an appropriate bug fix.
Thanks in advance.
Apart from that... a great plugin.
