Create camera system

Create a camera system that will follow our player.

Requirements:
- The camera follows our player
- Adjustable zoom level

Stretch goals:
- Camera smoothing
- Movement dead zone (Camera only moves if player moves beyond a certain threshold)
- Camera can be moved to arbitrary locations (useful for cutscenes and context views)
